| Performance Notes | Inspired by the bluesy and punchy sounds of 50's and 60's jazz, the Christian Miller Trio brings together three groove conscious young musicians, aiming for the classic clarity and crisp swing of the classic Prestige and Blue Note era. Already hailed in Time Out magazine as 'a gifted guitarist' Christian has brough together a trio featuring musicians that have already an aquired an impressive CV, including top London musicians (ranging from Mike Gorman, Alex Garnet, Adrian Cox through to Neil Cowley) and international stars (Dave Liebman, Robert Glasper). Having already played dates throughout London, including at Ray's Jazz and the Spice of Life in Soho, the band are looking forward to an eventful schedule. |
