Performance Notes | Following his sensational sell-out concert at the Royal Albert Hall in October 2012 and due to overwhelming demand, Charles Aznavour will return to the Hall for a farewell concert to celebrate his 90th birthday.
The legendary French singer is considered to be one of the greatest singer-songwriters of all time and enjoyed major success in the UK with his No.1 single She, which featured in the blockbuster film Notting Hill. He has had further hits with The Old Fashioned Way and Yesterday When I Was Young.
Charles Aznavour's career has spanned over 60 years, in which time he has generated over 100 million record sales, released over 1,200 songs, starred in 80 movies and performed thousands of concerts around the world.
