Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade sees the orchestra turn storyteller and the curtain rises with Ravel's deftly coloured fairy-tale ballet.
UK premieres of 'Voice verser', Jukka Tiensuu and 'Songs of a Fairy Princess', Szymanowski, with three additional songs orchestrated by Sakari Oramo.
