Creator Name	Janet Quintrell Treloar VPRWS Janet was born in West Cornwall and later studied an MA at Somerville College, Oxford. She is a member of the Royal Watercolour Society, which she served six years as Vice-President, and was for many years on the Council of the Chelsea Arts Society.
