A long letter detailing his efforts regarding the redecoration of the hall, meeting with Sir Cox, Mr Wakefield and Sir Casson and further meetings with Sir Casson. The letter also contains a report on the tender for cleaning the building starting with the west porch. This was won by Peter Cox & Partners for the charge of £10,225 for cleaning one eighth of the building in a pilot scheme. The Letter continues with further tenders for scaffolding, heating and ventilation. It also has an answer regarding Mr Zinn. |
