Performance Notes"The whole of the Metropolitan Special Constabulary will muster for church parade to-morrow morning. There will be four distinct services. The chief service will be at the Albert Hall, where the address will be given by Bishop Taylor Smith, Chaplain-General to the Forces. Between eight and nine thousand men will attend this service...
The whole of the accommodation at Albert Hall will be taken up by the 'specials', and the public therefore, will not be admitted to the service."
