TROPHY FOR SOUTHALL.
Seven thousand cyclists, representing all the important road racing clubs in the country, were present at the Albert Hall, London, when Frank W. Southall (Norwood Paragon) was presented with the trophy for the best all-round road rider in England. Southall has won the trophy for three successive years...
A competition on the stage, in which cyclists were mounted on machines fitted to rollers, was won by W A Bailey (Polytechnic), son of the professional, W. J. Bailey."
