Performance Notes"The Albert Hall was crowded for the afternoon meeting, Belgians predominating in the audience , though there were many French as well as English people present . In addition to Mr Asquith, speeches were made by the Belgian Minister, who presided, and by M Standaert, member for Bruges in the Chamber of Representatives. The President of the Local Government Board was also present. The musical programme included songs by Mme Clara Butt, violin solos by Eugene Ysaye, organ solos by Guy Weitz, pianorforte solos by Arthur de Greef and Louis Delune, and selections by King Albert's Band".
