BiographyThe Oxford Bach Choir is one of the UK's best-known amateur choirs. It was founded by Basil Harwood in 1896 and is based in Oxford, England.

There are around 200 voices in the choir. Some of the singers are students or staff at the University of Oxford and the choir often rehearses and performs in the University's Sheldonian Theatre in central Oxford.
