BiographyHailed by the New York Times for her “attractive soprano voice,” and for having “total control of the stage,” (Broadway World) coloratura soprano Meghan Picerno quickly gained recognition for her exciting, crowd-pleasing performances on opera, theatre, and concert stages nationally and internationally. She starred as Christine Daaé in the US Premiere and 1st National Tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Love Never Dies, and in 2018, made her debut at the Royal Albert Hall in London with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra honoring Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber, as well as making her debut with The San Fransisco Symphony under the baton of Maestro Michael Tilson Thomas in their massively successful production of Candide as Cunegonde. She reprised her role of Cunegonde, of which is swiftly becoming her signature role around the world, in 2018 with the Gran Teatre del Liceu, in Barcelona, Spain, marking her debut there at the Liceu.
