Contract agreement between Charles Gounod and Major HYD Scott Contract for Charles Gounod to perform three rehearsals and four concerts at the Royal Albert Hall in May, June and July. It was agreed that Gounod would be paid £100 for each rehearsal and £400 at the completion of four concerts, along with £50 for any additional concert the Executive Committee requested him to perform. 4 March 1872
