Frank Hoy (died 21 April 2005) was a Scottish professional wrestler who wrestled variously as Wild Angus, Angus Campbell, Black Angus Campbell or Rasputin (whilst wearing a wrestling mask). Although he spent most of his life in Scotland, Hoy was born in Enniskillen in Northern Ireland.
