Her credits in the world of pop include Bjork and Peter Gabriel; in the classical world, Lesley Garrett and Russell Watson; and her versatility has led her to sing on many movie soundtracks including the classic Tim Burton movie 'Sleepy Hollow' as well as the blockbusters 'Gangs of New York' and 'Tomb Raider 11'. Her television work includes a featured appearance on Ant and Dec's 'Saturday Night Takeaway' and a live performance as guest soloist at the Hyde Park VE Day celebrations singing to an audience of over 125,000 people. Her West End experience includes 'Starlight Express' and 'Napoleon'. Emer is also a regular guest soloist with the RTE Concert Orchestra in Dublin. Even with all of this exciting work, Emer's heart still lies with jazz and big bands. She has performed with many of the major UK big bands including the 'BBC Big Band' and she is the regular singer with the Royal Air Force Squadronaires with whom has recorded several albums. Emer has also worked with the bands of Her Majesty's Royal Marines recording several albums and making many appearances with them as a guest soloist.
