Salty the dog (real name Scuzz) is a British (Hungarian Wirehaired Vizla) dog, best known for appearing in the children's television programme Old Jack's Boat. On 26 July 2014, Scuzz became the first ever dog to appear on stage at a Prom. Scuzz's owner is Paul Hawkyard, who plays Ernie Starboard in Old Jack's Boat.
