People Open DS/UK/22404 Byron Wallen’s Four Corners (2013) Byron Wallen’s Four Corners 2013 British jazz quartet Group (Male) Tottenham, London, England (formed) British Music Group; Jazz, quartet Members: Byron Wallen - trumpet Rob Luft - guitar, Paul Michael - bass, Tom Skinner drums Trumpet player, Byron Wallen, was one of Orphy Robinson’s All Stars. His quartet Four Corners features Rob Luft on guitar, Paul Michael on bass, and Sons of Kemet drummer Tom Skinner. In 2016 Byron was commissioned by PRS For Music Foundation to compose a suite of music celebrating his chosen home town, a suite which became known as ‘Anthem for Woolwich’. Byron’s work draws inspiration from contemporary and indigenous cultures.
