Levitation Orchestra exists as a platform for musicians of all walks of life to meet and create music collectively, responding to each other’s unique and personal vibrations. The ensemble aims to raise up and support all involved, musician, audience, and future participants through this process of creating music free from market pressures and commercial ambitions. Each project involves creating new music, new themes, and a rotating personnel. The membership is currently drawn from the London scene, with directions in music from trumpeter, Axel Kaner-Lidstrom.
