They were co-founded by Abel Selaocoe, a chamber musician who made his Wigmore Hall debut in 2013 with composer Colin Matthews. The trio were formed as part of a BBC Introducing project. As award-winning artists, they have played in venues and festivals including the Amsterdam Muziekgebouw’s Cello Biennale, WOMAD, Bimhuis, The Bridgewater Hall and Kings Place with Manchester Collective.
