Encouraged by his family and teachers he moved to London to pursue a career as a concert musician. From 2014 to 2020 he studied at the Royal Academy of Music under the guidance of Prof. Michael Lewin, Steve Goss, Fábio Zanon and David Russell, with full scholarship funded by the Brazilian Ministery of Education, where he completed his studies both as an undergraduate and Master’s student. He has most recently performed for Apple Music, at the Two Moors Festival, the Garrick Club. For television he has appeared on the French TV programme “C à vous”, BBC One’s “Imagine”, and Globo’s “Jornal Hoje” (Brazil), performing and being interviewed with his duo partner and friend, British cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason.
