Alicia Adélaide Needham (1872–1945) was an Irish composer of songs and ballads. She was born in Ireland, studied at the Royal Academy of Music and the Royal College of Music, and wrote songs and ballads[1] in an Irish traditional style. About two hundred of her songs exist and some have been issued on recordings. She died in London in 1945.
