Michael Clack first learned a brass instrument as a child at the local Salvation Army where his father was bandmaster. Piano tuition was followed by the organ before moving on to study at the London College of Music (GLCM, Hon FLCM) and London University where he gained a B. Mus. (Hons) degree.
