Performance NotesAccoridng to the Daily Telegraph the bazaar hoped to raise enough money to build a convalescent home at the hospital. A stall selling hats and millinery would be looked after by leading actresses including Miss Ellen Terry, Miss Marion Terry, Miss Mary moore, Miss Violet Vanbrough, Miss Irene Vanbrough, Miss Marie Tempest, Miss Ellaline Terriss, Miss Lily Drayton, Miss Edna May, and Miss Gertie Millar. The concert to entertain visitors was arranged by Mrs Edgar Speyer and Mrs Tree.

"Nothing could be brighter or prettier than the aspect of the hall's arena, decked out as it is for the purpose of this two day's sale. The stalls, which extend round the central space, are draped in pale green and white, producing an effect at once tasteful and striking, while slanting line sof many-hued flags stretch above the arena, making chains of vivid colour over the heads of stall-holder and visitors. Only one stall - that presided over by Mrs Felix Schuster, for the sale of flowers - occupies the centre of the enclosure, and it takes the form of a trellised bower, radiant and fragrant with blossom."
